| 摘 要： | 探讨PBL教学法在内科见习教学中的应用。从2006年开始在内科学临床见习教学中试行“PBL教学法＋传统教学法”。结果表明“PBL教学法＋传统教学法”在提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力方面明显优于传统教学法。但现阶段我国医学教育全面实行PBL教学还存在一些问题。

| Abstract: | To explore the effect of Problem-based learning （PBL） in the clinical clerkship of internal medicine, we applied PBL method and traditional method from 2006. Compared with the traditional method, PBL method and traditional method is a better way to enhance stu- dents＇ ability of analyzing and solving problems.But there are some problems related to the PBL in pretent stage of medical education in our country. |
