溶胶-凝胶燃烧法制备Yb:YSAG纳米粉体及光谱性能

摘    要:以柠檬酸为燃烧剂,采用溶胶-凝胶燃烧法制备镱掺杂钇钪铝石榴石[(Yb_(0.03)Y_(0.97))_3Sc_2Al_3O_(12),Yb:YSAG]纳米粉体。通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜测试分析,研究不同煅烧温度、煅烧时间对粉体制备的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件为:煅烧温度950℃、煅烧时间2h、pH值2.5、分散剂PEG分子量10000。并对样品进行了红外光谱、吸收光谱、荧光光谱等分析,结果表明:样品结构符合钇钪铝石榴石结构,最强吸收峰位于波长970nm处,最强发射峰位于波长1032nm处,均对应Yb~(3+)的~2F_(7/2)→~2F_(5/2)能级跃迁。

Abstract:Yb:YSAG nanopowder was synthesized by a sol-gel combustion method using citric acid as combustion agent. The effects of different calcination temperature and calcination time on the preparation of powder were studied by X-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscopy. The optimum process conditions were determined as follows:calcination temperature is 950℃, calcination time is 2 hours, pH=2.5 and dispersing agent (PEG) molecular weight was 10000. The sample of Yb:YSAG Nano-powder was analyzed by IR, absorption spectrum and fluorescence spec-trum. It is indicated that the structure of Yb:YSAG sample was consistent with that of yttrium scandium aluminum gar-net. The strongest absorption peak and strongest emission peak of Yb:YSAG were at 970nm and 1032nm,respective-ly,corresponding to the 2F7/2→2F5/2 level transition of Yb3+.
