摘    要:目的 探讨CEUS评估类风湿关节炎(RA)炎症活动度和滑膜病理改变的可能性。方法 构建兔类风湿模型,分别对滑膜病变进行常规超声和CEUS检查,随后进行超声引导下滑膜活检,并进行滑膜病理检查和评分,对比常规超声、CEUS与病理评分的一致性。结果 CEUS显示的滑膜组织厚度较常规超声减小的有42个,CEUS与常规超声显示滑膜组织厚度相当的有4个(<0.2 mm)。常规超声测量的滑膜厚度较CEUS测量的滑膜厚度厚(P<0.05)。结论 CEUS可更为敏感地显示RA滑膜血流灌注的情况,评估RA滑膜病理变化程度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the possibility of CEUS in evaluation of rheumatoid arthritisi (RA) inflammatory activity and synovial pathological changes. Methods Rabbit rheumatoid model was built and synovitis status was evaluated by conventional ultrasound and CEUS. Subsequently, synovial biopsy under guiding of ultrasound was proceeded before pathological examination and score. Consistency of regular ultrasound, CEUS and pathological score were compared. Results Compared with conventional ultrasound, synovial thickness reduced by CEUS in 42 joints, and was comparable in 4 joints(<0.2 mm). Synovial thickness were thicker measured by conventional ultrasound than CEUS. Conclusion CEUS is more sensitive in refletion of RA synovial perfusion, and evaluation in pathological changes.
