护理流程在腹腔镜手术围术期护理中的应用

目的：探讨护理流程在腹腔镜手术围术期护理的应用价值。方法：根据腹腔镜手术护理要求制定护理流程。搜集腹腔镜手术患者97例，随机分为实验组与对照组，实验组46例，患者参照操作流程给予围术期护理；对照组51例，患者实施普通手术护理，分析围术期两组之间的各项观察指标，比较两种护理操作的临床效果。结果：术前两组患者心理状态差异无统计学意义，术中试验组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）、术中试验组手术医师的满意度高于对照组（P〈0．01）、试验组手术器械较对照组更为完备（P〈0．05）、试验组腹腔镜摄像系统的故障率低于对照组（P〈0．05），术后试验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：护理流程的应用提高了腹腔镜手术围术期护理的质量。

Applicative value of nursing flow in perioperative nursing of laparoscope operation

Objective To estimate the applicative values of the nursing flow in perioperative nursing of laparoscope operation.MethodBasing on demands of perioperative nursing,a nursing flow suitable to patients undergoing laparoscope operation was designed.Ninety-seven cases underwent laparoscope operation were divided randomly into the experimental group and the control group.According to nursing flow,the nursing procedure was performed in the experimental group,and conventional nursing was performed in the control group.Experimental data of perioperation were observed.Clinical outcomes of nursing procedures between the experimental group and the control group were analyzed and compared.ResultsBefore operation,the difference in psychological state of patients was not significant between the experimental group and the control group.During operation,the rate of adverse reaction of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of satisfaction with doctor in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The operative apparatus in the experimental group was more perfect than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference for working state of laparoscope camera system between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the rate of satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionApplicating the nursing flow for patients underging laparoscope operation,the quality of perioperative nursing is promoted.
