切开复位内固定联合早期功能锻炼治疗踝关节骨折64例临床观察

目的探讨早期切开复位内固定联合早期功能锻炼治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法复习64例踝关节骨折患者的临床资料，综合评价临床治疗效果。结果64例患者术后疗效：优51例，良9例，优良率为93．75％。术后随访12～24个月，平均18个月，未见一例僵直及其他并发症的发生。本组无死亡病例。结论早期行切开复位内固定联合早期功能锻炼治疗踝关节骨折，疗效确切，行之有效，值得推广。
