| 摘 要： | 目的总结输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗上尿路结石的临床经验。方法应用输尿管镜联合钬激光治疗520例上尿路结石,其中输尿管结石486例（下段213例,中段175例,上段98例）,肾盂结石34例。结果520例上尿路结石完全碎石成功率95.77%（498/520）,其中下段结石99.06%（211/213）,中段结石98.86%（173/175）,上段结石84.69%（83/98）,肾盂结石82.35%（28/34）。经过3～6个月的随访,未见严重并发症。结论输尿管镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石有效、安全、微创,可作为输尿管结石特别是中、下段结石的首选治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Summary ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for upper urinary tract calculi clinical experience. Methods Application of ureteroscopic holmium laser treatment of 520 cases of combined upper urinary tract stones, of which 486 cases of ureteral calculi （213 cases of lower segment, the middle of 175 cases, 98 cases of the previous paragraph）, 34 cases of renal pelvis stones. Results 520 cases of upper urinary tract calculi lithotripsy success rate of 95.77% complete （498/520）, in which stones in the following paragraph 99.06% （211/213）, the middle stone 98.86% （173/175）, upper stone 84.69% （83/98）, renal pelvis stones 82.35% （28/34）.After 3 to 6 months of follow--up, no serious complications.Conclusion Uretcroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy combined treatment of urinary tract stones effective, safe, minimally invasive, can be used as ureteral stones, especially middle and lower stones of choice for treatment. |
