国内基础医学教育运用PBL教学模式的思考

摘    要:“基于问题的学习”作为医学教学模式在国外已被成功运用了30余年。伴随知识量扩大、知识体系变化,在国内高等院校基础医学教育中实施这种教学模式的必要性越来越大。文章介绍了PBL模式的起源,较传统医学教育而言它所具有的特点优势,并简单探讨了国内基础医学教育运用PBL应注意的策略。

Abstract:As an medical teaching model, PBL has been successfully used aboard for over 30 years. With expansion of knowledge and development of its hierarchy, it is becoming more and more necessary to apply PBL in preclinical medical education. This paper brings forward the origin of PBL, and its characteristics, advantages compared with traditional medical education. The strategy of how to apply PBL is also briefly discussed in this paper.
