摘    要:针对现行稀土萃取分离工艺存在的问题,对混合轻稀土萃取分离工艺进行了系统的优化研究,以模糊分组新工艺取代了传统分离工艺,并对模糊分组新工艺与传统分离工艺的技术经济指标进行了全面的比较,结果表明,模糊分组新工艺,分离效果好,大幅度降低了酸,碱消耗,减少了有机相和稀土的存槽量,既降低了生产成本,又节省了充槽费。

Abstract:According to the problems existing in the current separation process of rare earth, the systematic optimization study on the separation process of the mixed light rare earth is carried out in the paper. The traditional separation process is substituted by fuzzy separation, and their technical and economical index are compared. The results show that fuzzy separation can get good separation efficiency, and can reduce consumption of acid and alkali by a wide margin, meanwhile, decreases the cost of filling cascades of rare earth and organic phase. Not only the cost of production is reduced, but also the cost of filling cascades is saved.
