高速钢车刀形位误差的在线自动检测

摘    要:本文论述以电荷耦合光电二极管器件(CCPD)为传成器,采用光、机、电相结合的方法,实现在大批流水作业生产高速钢车刀时的自动检测,可以提高检验效率,降低劳动强度,並实现自动化检测,以代替现行的传统检测方法。

Abstract:The paper expresses that when a great number of high-speed steel tools are manufactured, automatic measurement and detection are performed in conveyer systems with charge coupled photorectifier device as a sensor by a technique of combining optics with maehnery and electricity. It will increase inspection effeciency, decrease intensity of labour, perform inspection automation and replace the traditional ways in operation.
