个性化护理干预对慢性肾脏病患者不良情绪、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨个性化护理对慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者不良情绪、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。 方法 将104例CKD患者随机分为对照组和观察组各52例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施个性化护理干预。比较2组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪、睡眠质量及生活质量。 结果 干预后,观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分及睡眠质量各项因子评分均明显低于对照组,生活质量各维度得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 个性化护理干预能有效消除CKD患者的不良情绪,改善患者的睡眠质量,提高患者的生活质量。

Effects of individualized nursing on negative emotions,sleeping quality and life quality of patients with chronic kidney diseases

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing on negative emotions, sleeping quality and life quality of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Methods One hundred and four CKD patients were randomly divided into a control group (n=52) and an observation group (n=52). The control group was given the routine nursing, while the observation group was given an individualized nursing intervention in addition to the routine nursing. After the nursing intervention of 2 months, the negative emotion, sleeping quality and life quality were compared between the 2 groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of the various factors in the self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale and Pittsburg sleeping quality index were significantly lower than those of the control group, while those of the life quality were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusions The individualized nursing intervention can effectively eliminate the negative emotions of the patients with chronic kidney disease, improve their sleeping and life quality.
