Machining and Heat Set Technology of Upper Bearing Collar for Pumped Hydro Storage

Based on structure characteristic of pumped hydro storage, this paper introduced the pumped hydro storage upper bearing collar machining and heat setting technological process. After analysis of insulation wrapping technology, the effective measures and optimized technological method was adopted to make upper bearing collar heat setting successfully in one time after intermediate insulation wrapping. The feasibility of the technological process was verified, which provides technical reference for future pumped hydro storage upper bearing machine and assembling.
