| 摘 要： | 河南轮胎股份有限公司针对其各轮胎厂耗能过大，各轮胎硫化工序的外压蒸汽过去采用开放式回收水箱，不仅不能充分利用高温冷凝水的热量，而目严重污染环境，决心采用先进的闭式冷凝水回收技术对之进行改造。此系统有的厂采用集中疏水阀；有的采用定时自控排水方式，自2002年3月投入使用以来效果很好，仅6个月节约蒸汽6904t，合资金34万元，该项投资19万元，可见已经全部收回，而目改善了厂区环境。

| Abstract: | Thinking of large consumption in Henan tire factory, the open water returning tank used in the exterior pressure steamfor each curing procedure, the heat quantity of high temperature condensate can not be fully used, but the environment is pollutedseriously. Today adopts the advanced closed condensed technique and had it modified. For some factories have concentrated drainvalves used, some adopt auto drainage, after 6 months use this system had 6904t of steam saved, save 340000 RMB, 190 000RMBapplied for the project, and taken back, as well as improved the environment of the factory site. |
