| 摘 要： | 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin，NGAL)是脂质运载蛋白家族的成员之一，作为一类新发现的脂肪细胞因子，广泛存在于机体发生代谢异常时的病变组织细胞内。NGAL可作为多种与糖脂代谢相关疾病的标志物，在肥胖-炎症-代谢综合征及其引起的胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢异常、血管内皮功能紊乱和动脉粥样硬化中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) is a member of the lipocalin family. As a novel adipokine, it widely presents in the tissues under the condition of metabolic disorders. More and more studies suggest that NGAL might be a marker for a variety of diseases associated with lipid metabolism. It is likely that NGAL plays an important role in obese-inflammation-induced metabolic syndrome,insulin resistance, glucose and lipid metabolism, endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis pathway. |
