蓝光照射对于新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效

摘    要:目的探讨蓝光照射对于新生儿高胆红素血症患者的治疗效果,评价其临床价值。方法对于2010年12月至2011年12月治疗的64例新生儿高胆红素血症患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予苯巴比妥,观察组患者给予蓝光照射治疗(A组给予持续性蓝光照射,B组给予间歇性蓝光照射),对两组患者的有效率、退黄效果、胆红素下降程度及疗程进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为90.6%(29/32),对照组患者治疗有效率为71.8%(23/32),观察组有效率高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组患者的胆红素下降速度快于对照组,黄疸减退时间均短于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组患者的疗程短于对照组,间歇性照射效果好于持续照射,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论蓝光治疗对于新生儿高胆红素血症患者的治疗效果较好,能够提高患者的有效率,促进胆红素下降及黄疸消退,间歇性蓝光照射效果好于持续性照射,具有很好的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of phototherapy in treatment of neonatal jaundice and to evaluate its value for application. Methods There were 64 patients treated by phototherapy in this hospital during December 2010 to December 2011. Patients in control group were given with luminal, and patients in observation group were given with light irradiation therapy ( patients in group A were given with persistent blue light irradiation, and patients in B group were given with intermittent blue light exposure), and the efficacy, the effect of withdrawal of jaundice, decrease of bilirubin level in these two groups had been observed. Results The effective rate in patients of observation group was 90.6% (29/ 32), the effective rate in patients of control group was 71.8% (23/32) , and the effective rate of observation group is higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The fall in level of bilirubin in patients of observation group was faster than that of patients in control group, and the duration for decline of jaundice in patients of observation was shorter than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The course of treatment in observation group was shorter than that of control group, the effect of intermittent irradiation was better than that of continuous exposure, and the difference between these two groups was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The effect of phototherapy in treatment of patients with neonatal hyperbil- irubinemia is good, it can raise the effective rate of patients, promote the decline of bilirubin level and fade of jaundice, the effect of intermittent blue light irradiation is better than that of persistent exposure, and it has very good clinical application value.
