摘    要:为实现对光电编码器转角精度检测、动态数据采集、实时数据传输与误差矫正,本文提出了一种检查装置可以极大地提高检测效率,并可以在线校正编码器精度。首先,采取了多面体及激光自准直平行光管为检测设备的主要仪器,在计算机自动检测并传输的模式下,完成检测与数据采集的过程;然后,对采集数据进行误差计算,并对数据进行分析矫正;经过多组数据采集实验,装置在检测编码器的转角精度时,能够高速、实时的完成数据的传输及计算工作。本装置具有检查速度快、使用方便等优点,减少了人为误差,提高效率6倍以上,可以用于多种型号编码器的检测。可以在检测编码器转角精度时广泛应用,满足编码器转角精度的检查机数据采集系统设计和使用要求。

Research on Testing Device for Rotary Precision of Photoelectric Shaft Angle Encoder

Abstract:To achieve the test on rotary precision of photoelectric shaft encoder, dynamic data acquisition, real-time data transmission and error correction, this paper gives an device that can greatly improve the test efficiency and realize online correction of encoder accuracy. The polyhedron and laser collimation collimator are used as the main device of testing equipment to complete the process of testing and data collection in the mode of automatic check and transmission by computer; Then the collected data is calculated, analyzed and corrected ; Multiple sets of data acquisition experiments show that the device can complete data transfer and calculation with high speed real-timely by when it tests angle precision of the eneoder. The device has advantages of fast test and convenience, which reduces errors by man and improves the efficiency more than six times, can be used to test a variety of models. This device can be widely used in testing photoelectric shaft encoder, meeting the system design and requirements for data acquisition of inspection machines.
