| Abstract: | In this article,the construction of food speciality practice teaching system were elaborated by studying on practical teaching objectives,content and management system,some mature approaches on food speciality practice teaching in Luohe vocational and technology college were sumed up,and a preliminary concept of practice teaching reform were put forward. |
