| 摘 要： | 面向过程的企业性能评价体系采用过程的观点看待企业，从企业金融性、企业顾客、企业内部过程、企业组织、过程资源和过程信息6个方面评价企业性能，同时强调企业性能评价与企业战略相连接，具有从过程的内部、外部评价企业性能的特征。评价指标包括定性指标和定量指标，支持金融性和非金融性评价。

| Abstract: | Enterprises provide their customers with produets and services by internal processes. Process - ori entcd eraluating enterprises is an effective approach to improve enterprise performance arid business status. Process - oriented enterprise performance evaluation architecture adopts the process viewpoint to evaluate en terpriscs in terms of the six perspectives. The architecture evaluates the implementation of strategy in the inter nal and external parts of processes and supports the linkage of business strategies and performance evaluations. Its criteria include quantitative criteria and qualitative criteria and support the financial and non - financia evaluations. |
