厚板高强铝合金焊接发展现状及展望

摘    要:结合高强铝合金焊接的特点、难点,介绍了几种目前国际上焊接高强厚板铝合金的新工艺,新方法--搅拌摩擦焊、双丝MIG焊、激光-电弧焊;与传统电弧焊相比,它们在厚板高强铝合金焊接方面更具优越性.

Abstract:This paper combines within the characteristics and problems of welding of the high strength aluminum alloys,introduces several advanced thickness plate aluminum alloy welding techniques and methods:friction stir welding,tandem MIG welding,laser-arc hybrid welding.Compared to the traditional arc welding technique,they are superior in the welding of thickness plate high-strength aluminum alloy.
