摘    要:运用DEFORM-3D软件对镁合金箱盖的等温成形过程进行了有限元数值模拟分析。根据箱盖结构特点,初步设计3种形状的预制坯,依据数值模拟结果,优化得到最终预制坯,并分析了等温成形过程中箱盖的等效应力、等效应变、速度、栽荷行程曲线等。研究结果,Ⅲ型预制坯金属在各个部位的流动相对较均匀,流动自然平滑,无拉伤、折叠等缺陷发生。综合分析,得出Ⅲ号预制坯的成形效果最好。

Abstract:This paper presents the numerical simulation results of isothermal forming of magnesium alloy part by the software DEFORM 3D. According to part structural characteristics, the three kinds of preform are designed, based on the numeri cal simulation results, optimum preformed shape is confirmed, as well as the equivalent stress, equivalent strain, speed rate, curve of load distance. The results show that the third preformed shape is best for its uniform metal flow without folding and pulling.
