摘    要:以DVG850高速立式加工中心工作台为例,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对工作台进行静力学分析和模态分析,根据分析结果了解了其静、动态特性.应用ANSYS Workbench中的拓扑优化模块对工作台结构进行拓扑优化,根据优化结果对其进行结构改进,改进后的工作台保持了原结构的静态特性,动态特性有所提高,质量却比原结构减少23.2kg.

Abstract:Taking the worktable of High-speed vertical machining center DVG850 as example,The static analysis and modal analysis of the Worktable were done by means of ANSYS Workbench.The static and dynamic characteristics were understanded according to the calculation results.Finally,the design of the Worktable was optimized by the topological optimization in ANSYS Workbench.The structure of the Worktable was improved acording to the optimization results.Comparing with the original structure,the static characteristic...
