开放式数控可配置设计及实现

摘    要:为了快速、高效、低成本地开发出用户定制的个性化数控系统,将软组件技术和可配置设计的思想引入到开放式数控的开发中,提出了非实时任务组件和实时任务组件的配置方法,设计了用于构建开放式数控系统的基本功能组件库,建立了数控配置模型,并且时该模型进行实例验证.验证结果表明,基于软组件技术实现数控系统的可配置功能是可行的.
