| Abstract: | Anti-floating design is a complicated task.Correlative criterions and famous scholars' viewpoint have been quoted and a measure of making certain the water table for anti-floating has been put forward.Several universal treatments and scholars' novel method have been introduced contrastively.Some aspects that should be attached importance to during the design of anti-floating have been set forth. |
