摘    要:目的 制备具有良好增强效果的L-半胱氨酸功能化修饰的金纳米粒子(L-cysteine-Au nanoparticles,L-cys-AuNPs),建立表面增强拉曼光谱法(surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy,SERS)快速检测百合中地虫硫磷的分析方法。方法 采用柠檬酸钠还原法制备 AuNPs,然后用L-半胱氨酸进行功能化修饰。通过单因素实验对增强基底添加量、地虫磷添加量、凝聚剂种类等实验条件进行优化,以确定最佳实验条件。结果 该基底表现出优异的增强效果,1071cm-1可作为其特征峰。地虫硫磷的检出限为0.02mg/L,线性范围是 0.02 ~0.50mg/L,相关系数R2=0.9667,回收率为69%~112%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations,RSDs)为7%~8%。结论 该方法灵敏度高、特异性、稳定性较好,可用于百合中地虫硫磷的快速检测。

Abstract:Objective To prepare L-cysteine functionalized gold nanoparticles (L-cysteine Au nanoparticles, L-cys AuNPs) with good enhancement effect, establish a surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) method for rapid detection of fonofos in Lilium brownii var. viridulum Baker. Methods AuNPs were prepared by sodium citrate reduction and then functionalized with L-cysteine. Then the single factor experiment was conducted to optimize the experimental conditions, such as the amount of enhanced substrate, the amount of fonofos and the type of coagulant, so as to determine the best experimental conditions. Results The substrate showed excellent enhancement effect, and 1071cm-1 could be used as its characteristic peak. The limit of detection was 0.02mg/L, the linear range was 0.02-0.50 mg/L, the correlation coefficient r2 was 0.9667, the recovery was 69%-112%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 7%-8%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, specific and stable, and can be used for the rapid detection of fonofos in Lilium brownii var. viridulum Baker.
