| 摘 要： | 对塑料模具标准系列模架及零件进行了概述和分析,并利用Pro/E的族表功能建立了塑料模具中小型模架库和各类标准零件库,该零件库中每一种零件均有一个三维模型及附加在该模型上的族表信息组成,以表格来实现模型尺寸驱动的功能。用VC 6.0及Pro/TOOLKIT开发了模具标准件调用界面,实现了与Pro/E系统的无缝集成。

| Abstract: | Based on the integrated summary and analysis,the middle and small scale plastic mould base library and some kinds of standard part library were established by the family table function of Pro/E.The feature of the library lay in the fact that every kind of the standard part was combined by a 3D model and the information appended on.The dimension drive function was realized by the family table.By using of VC 6.0 and Pro/TOOLKIT,an interface was developed which could transfer mould standard part library and achieve integration with Pro/E seamless. |
