摘    要:利用金属基或陶瓷基硬涂层可以改变压气机叶片的固有特性,进而可以在某种程度上改善叶片的抗振动疲劳能力。针对具有压电和压磁效应的金属基和陶瓷基两类典型材料的硬涂层,采用有限元法对涂层-叶片复合材料结构进行模态分析,对比涂层厚度和涂覆位置等对叶片固有特性的影响。在涂层-叶片复合材料结构有限元建模中,涂层视为各向异性材料并考虑其电磁效应,叶片基体为各向同性材料。结果表明,两类硬涂层的厚度和涂覆位置都对叶片固有特性有明显影响,对弯曲振型影响较小,对扭转振型和高阶复合振型的影响较大。
