摘    要:目的:对再生医疗器械进行完整、灵活和实时的可追溯管理。方法:利用无线射频识别技术(RFID)设计管理信息系统,对再生医疗器械的回收、清洗、打包到最后的术后清点,实行全程监控。结果:该系统提供了与HIS系统接口,可实现全院系统数据共享,系统的设计与实现是有效的,具有操作简便、灵活、安全性好、便于扩充等优点。结论:该系统方便了器械成本核算、审计和工作量统计,确保了再生医疗器械使用的安全,健全了医院安全管理机制。

Abstract:Objective To build up a complete, flexible, real-time backward management system for recycling medical instrument. Methods The radio frequency identification(RFID) was adopted to perform whole-process monitoring of recycling, cleaning, packing and post-operation check. Results The system, being convenient, flexible, safe and extendable, could be used for the interface with HIS and data sharing in the hospital. Conclusion The RFID-based management information system facilitates the cost accounting, audit and workload statistics for recycling medical instrument.
