摘    要:面粉麸星的多少是评价面粉质量的一种重要指标,传统的面粉麸星检测都是依靠人工感官方式,即操作人员利用放大镜(5倍或5倍以上)查找统计视野中能见的麸星。由于麸星的数量多且面积小,因此,靠人工感官检测方式得到的数据结果往往达不到精度要求。针对这一问题提出了一种基于计算机图像处理技术的面粉麸星检测方法,利用该方法可以快速准确地检测出面粉的麸星个数、麸星面积以及面积百分比等指标。

Abstract:The number of bran specks is an important parameter when judging bran's quality. The traditional test method of bran specks in wheat flour is entirely subjective. The operator use amplifying lens(five times or more)to search and count bran specks which can be found with eyes in wheat flour. Since the bran specks are small and numerous, so depends on the data result which obtains from the artificial sense organ detection mode often not to be able to achieve the accuracy requirement. In response to this problem, this paper introduces a kind of bran specks detected method based on computer image processing, which Call defect the number of bran specks, the square of bran specks, square percentage and other parameters rapidly and exactly.
