摘    要:针对钎焊蜂窝铝板在不同应力下的疲劳寿命差异,采用有限元软件ANSYS在蜂窝芯的L方向和w方向上分析蜂窝芯边长和壁厚对蜂窝板疲劳寿命的影响.钎焊蜂窝铝板的s—N曲线结果表明,蜂窝板因为其内部蜂窝芯的排列方式不同而产生各向异性,L向的力学性能优于w向.当蜂窝芯子边长和壁厚都相同时,在相同的循环载荷下,蜂窝板的疲劳寿命值随着面板厚度的增加而增大,当面板厚度增加到一定值后,蜂窝板疲劳寿命是相同的.

Abstract:The aluminum honeycomb has different fatigue life under different stresses. Using the finite element software ANSYS in the L direction and the W direction of the honeycomb core, the effects of honeycomb panels by side length and thickness of honeycomb core on fatigue life are investigated. The results of honeycomb panels S - N curves show that honeycomb panels are of anisotropy because of the different arrangements of internal hon- eycomb core, and that the mechanical properties in W direction are better. The fatigue life of honeycomb panels increases with the panel thickness in the same cycle of load when the side length and thickness of honeycomb core remain the same. However, the fatigue life of honeycomb panel is the same after the panel thickness increases to a certain value.
