高场磁共振成像技术在胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤影像诊断中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:研究高场磁共振成像技术在胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤影像诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析5例2014年1月一2016年1月在该院进行高场磁共振成像技术检查的后期临床病理确诊为胰腺神经分泌肿瘤患者的影像学资料,总结高场MRI对胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤临床诊断价值。结果 T1WI:2例表现为低信号,3例稍低信号;T2WI:所有均均表现为不均匀信号,其中1例表现为混杂信号,4例表现为稍高信号;动态增强:2例表现为逐渐强化,2例为动脉中低强化,1例表现为明显强化;DWI:3例患者表现为混杂高信号,2例患者表现为环形高信号;4例患者出现胰腺被膜转移,1例脾门转移和1例肝转移。结论胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤临床上较为罕见,高场MRI诊断以T1W1低或稍低信号、T2WI不均匀高信号,动态增强后出现逐步强化,DWI表现为高信号为主要影像学特征。

Value of High-field Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Imaging Diagnosis of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasm
Abstract:Objective To shudy the value of High-field magnetic resonance imaging in imaging diagnosis of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm. Methods There were 5 cases of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm patients who were in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment from January 2014 to January 2016 being chosen, and their clinical data of high-field magnetic resonance imaging diagnostics are used to summarize. Results T1WI: 2 patients showed low signal, three cases of lower signal;T2WI:all were showed inhomogeneous signal in which 1 case showed mixed signals, four cases showed slightly higher signal; dynamic enhancement: 2 patients showed gradual enhancement, 2 cases of arterial low enhancement, 1 case showed significantly enhanced; DWI: 3 patients showed mixed high signal, 2 patients showed a ring of high signal; 4 pa-tients pancreatic capsule metastasis, one case of splenic metastasis and one case of liver metastases. Conclusion Pancreat-ic neuroendocrine carcinoma is rare, after the high-field MRI diagnosed with T1W1 low signal, T2WI heterogeneous high signal dynamic enhancement occurs gradually strengthen, DWI showed high signal as the main imaging features.
