小剂量米索前列醇和催产素用于足月妊娠引产的临床效果比较

目的：探析小剂量米索前列醇与催产素在足月妊娠引产中的效果。方法方便选取2013年1月—2016年1月该院收治的62例足月妊娠且具备引产指征的患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各为31例,研究组以小剂量米索前列醇引产,对照组催产素引产,比较引产成功率及分娩情况。结果研究组引产成功率90.32%、阴道分娩率80.65%与对照组比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05;研究组用药后宫颈Bishop评分（9.0±1.2）分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量米索前列醇在足月妊娠引产中成功率高,值得应用。

Small Doses of Misoprostol and Oxytocin for Induction of Labor in Term Pregnancy Clinical Effect Comparison

Objective Small doses of misoprostol and oxytocin effect in late pregnancy induction. Methods Convenient se-lect January 2013 - 62 have full-term pregnancy and abortion indications in patients admitted in January 2016, they were randomly divided into study group and the control group, 31 cases, the study group with a small dose of misoprostol induc-tion of labor, oxytocin in the control group to compare the success rate of abortion and childbirth.Results Study Group 90.32% success rate of induced labor, vaginal delivery rate of 80.65%compared with control group difference (P<0.05); the study group after treatment of cervical Bishop score (9.0 ±1.2) points difference compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Small doses of misoprostol in induction of labor in term pregnancy success rate, worthy applications.
