摘    要:目的了解东阳市中央空调系统军团菌污染状况,为预防和控制军团菌病提供依据。方法于2006-2008年采集东阳市区22家公共场所中央空调冷却塔水和冷凝水118份,进行军团菌分离、鉴定和血清学分型。结果118份水样中有39份检出军团菌,总检出率为33.05%(39/118)。2006-2008年的阳性检出率分别为21.62%,30.77%,51.72%。39份水样中分离到55株军团菌,其中嗜肺军团菌占50.90%(28/55),血清型别多样化,同一份水样同时检出2个或2个以上型别的占总检出水样的20.00%(11/55),存在多重污染现象。结论东阳市区公共场所中央空调系统军团菌污染严重,需引起足够重视,以防军团菌病的流行。
