| 摘 要： | 智能交运输系统（ITS）是将先进的计算机技术、信息技术、数据通信传输技术及电子控制技术、地理信息系统（GIS）技术等有效地综合运用于整个交通管理体系。停车管理信息系统是交通运输综合管理系统的一个子系统。将ITS和GIS的思想融入停车管理信息系统的建设和应用中,利用统一建模语言（UML）对停车管理系统中的需求进行了较为详细的分析,利用Mapinfo和Mapbasic开发平台为“基于GIS的停车管理信息系统”建设及软件的开发作了较为深入的探讨。

| Abstract: | The intelligent transportation system (ITS) is advanced computer technology, the information technology, the data communication transmission technology and the electronic control technology, the geographic information system (GIS) the technology and so on effectively synthesizes utilizes in the entire traffic control system.
