水钢烧结料掺入除尘灰小球的试验研究

摘    要:针对水钢将除尘灰直接配入混合料中不好烧结的问题,探索1条新途径,将多种除尘灰配合造小球掺入烧结料进行了试验。结果表明:往二次混合料中掺入Φ3~8 mm的除尘灰小球4%-10%,能较好地改善料层透气性,增加产量和降低能耗,可达到理想的节能减排效果。

Abstract:To solve the problem of sintering difficulty when dust was directly added into sintering feed at Shuicheng Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.,a new way has been explored.Sintering experiments were made to use sintering feed which was added of mini-pellet of mixed dust.It was found that adding 4%-10%dust mini-pellet of Φ3~8mm,the bed permeability and output were improved,and the energy consumption was reduced.In short,an ideal result of energy saving and emission reduction has been achieved.
