中日家用光伏发电系统经济性对比分析

摘    要:回顾了中日两国家用光伏发电系统的现状及相关政策.以单位供电成本和动态投资回收期为评价指标,选取具有类似气候特性的中国上海市和日本北九州市的家用光伏发电系统为研究案例,分析其运行特性、经济性能及其影响因素.研究结果表明,上海家用光伏发电系统的经济性明显优于北九州,因此发展潜力巨大.为促进分布式光伏的推广,与装机补贴相比,提高上网电价则更为有效.

Abstract:The current status and corresponding policies of residential photovoltaic(PV) system in China and Japan are reviewed. By taking the power generation price and dynamic payback period as the assessment index,Shanghai and Kitakyushu with similar climate conditions are selected to analyze the economic performance of the residential PV systems.According to the analysis results,the economic performance of the residential PV system in Shanghai is relatively better than that in Japan.Therefore,it is believed that there is great potential of residential PV system adoption in Shanghai.In addition,to promote the adoption of residential PV system,compared with the subsidies to initial cost,the rise of buyback price is considered to have better performance.
