卷席法采集胃标本病理检查结果分析

目的观察胃切除标本病变区及其周围粘膜的病理特点。方法采用卷席法取材对351例胃手术切除标本进行观察。结果胃癌组106例,肠化生检出率为57.5%;良性溃疡组85例,胃溃疡伴肠化生、异型增生、早期胃癌的检出率分别为45.9%、7.1%和7.1%;十二指肠溃疡组160例,肠化生和异型增生的检出率分别为6.3%和1.9%,未检出早期癌。结论胃手术切除标本,尤其是术前诊断为“良性”溃疡标本,卷席法取材能显著提高癌前病变及早期胃癌的检出率。

Clinical and pathologic study of gastric specimen collected by winding method

Objective Through observing the resected gastric specimen,to find out the pathological characters of diseased area and its around mucomembrana.Method Using winding method351resected gastric specimen were collected and observed.Result In106gastric specimen of gastric cancer,intestinal metaplasia discovery rate covered57.5%;in85cases of benign ulcer,discovery rates of gastric ulcer associated intestinal metaplasia,atypical heperplasia,and gastric cancer of early stage covered45.9%(39/85),7.1%(6/85),7.1%(6/85)respectively;The discovery rate,in duodenal ulcer with intestinal metaplasia,and atypical hyperplasia,6.3%(27/160)and1.9%(3/160),no early cancer detected.Conclusion Using winding method for gastric resection specimen,specially diagnosed benign ulcerating specimen,can greatly improve the discovery rate of precancerous disease and early stage gastric cancer.
