| 摘 要： | 对比了用传统的机加工和塑性加工方法生产直线轴承外骨架，设计了正反拉延复合模一次成形筒形件。再用小深筒形多侧冲槽模具对拉延件精密侧冲多个窄长槽来实现直线轴承外骨架的塑性加工。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the contrast of the mechanical and plastic manufacturing of linear bearing outer frame, the compound die is designed to forming the small deep cylinder drawing. And the side blanking die with burrs forming outward is designed to piercing many long notches on the wall of the drawing. Linear bearing frame is made by the dies. |
