优质护理服务在预防前列腺汽化电切手术并发症的体会

目的：探讨对老年前列腺汽化电切手术患者实施优质舒适护理模式的应用效果。方法：180例老年前列腺汽化电切的患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组90例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施优质护理，包括术前耐心的沟通，术中细心地照顾，术后人性化的关怀。观察两组围手术期并发症的发生率。结果：观察组的患者在围手术期心理和生理方面更加平稳，并发症的发生率明显低于对照组。结论：采用优质舒适护理工作模式，有效降低了前列腺电切手术并发症的发生，患者的舒适度明显提高。

Comprehension of high quality nursing service on prevention of complications after prostate transurethral resection

Objective：To discuss effects of high quality nursing on prevention of complications after prostate transurethral re- section. Methods ：180 patients receiving the prostate transurethral resection were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each group. The cases in control group were given routine nursing, whereas those in observation group were giv- en the high quality nursing including patiently preoperative communication, careful nursing during the operation and humanized care af- ter the operation. Incidence rate of the perioperative complications were observed for the two groups. Results ： The satisfaction of the patients in observation group in psychological and physical aspects was higher than that of control group, and the incidence rates of the complications were lower than those of control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The high quality nursing could reduce the incidence rate of the complications after the prostate transurethral resection surgery and improve the comfort levels in preoperative period.
