掌叶大黄提取物对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的实验研究

目的观察掌叶大黄乙醇提取物对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法采用腹腔一次性注射小剂量(30 mg/kg体质量)链脲佐菌素并饲以高热量饲料的方法,制备2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗模型,观察掌叶大黄醇提物对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠体质量、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的影响。结果掌叶大黄醇提物能降低FBG、FINS、CHO、TG、LDH-C及胰岛素抵抗指数(IR),显著提高HDL-C及胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)(P<0.05)。结论掌叶大黄醇提物对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠有降低体质量、血糖、胰岛素含量以及调节脂代谢紊乱,改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。

The experimental study of the effect of alcohol extract from Rheum palmatum L on Diabetes Type 2 rats with insulin resistance

Objective It is to observe the effect of alcohol extract from Rheum palmatum L on diabetes type 2 rats with insulin resistance.Methods The models of diabetes type 2 rats with insulin resistance were made by injecting streptozotocin(30 mg/kg) and feeding with high-fat foods,4weeks after treating with alcohol extract from Rheum palmatum L,weight of rats and the content of FBG,FINS,TG,CHO,HDL-C,HDL-C were measured.Results The alcohol extract from Rheum palmatum L could decrease FBG,FINS,TG,CHO,LDL-C,insulin resistance and increase HDL-C,ISI significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Rheum palmatum L has a treatment effect to diabetes type 2 rats with insulin resistance,It can decrease the weight of rat and the content of FBG and FINS,and adjust metabolic disturbance,and improve insulin resistance.
