| 摘 要： | 目的探讨海生素对K562/ADM细胞的抑制作用及其对凋亡相关蛋白bcl-2、bax表达的影响。方法采用MTT法测定海生素对K562/ADM细胞的体外抑制作用,免疫细胞化学法检测bcl-2、bax蛋白的表达。结果海生素对K562/ADM细胞有抑制作用,可下调bcl-2蛋白表达,上调bax蛋白表达。结论海生素在体外能明显抑制K562/ADM细胞生长,并影响bcl-2、bax蛋白的表达。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the inhibitory action and the effect on apoptosis associated protein on K562/ADM cells by Haishengsu.Methods: The procedure of MTT assay was used to determine the inhibitory action on k562/ADM cells,and immunocytochemistry was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 and bax protein.Results: Haishengsu could inhibit the proliferation of K562/ADM cells,and could down-regulate the expression of bcl-2 protein and up-regulate the expression of bax protein on k562/ADM cells.Conclusion: Haishengsu can obviously inhibit the proliferation of K562/ADM cells and affect the expressions of bcl-2 and bax protein. |
