| Abstract: | With the further development of Software Industry,software companies need a lot of high-quality talents with practical,comprehensive and innovative ability.According to objectives of software talents cultivation and practice of software talents in SWUST,this paper deeply explores cultivation model of innovation software talents,from creation software training system,reform teaching mode,construction of an open practice environment,research to deepen teaching,production and research joint school and so on. |
