任务式教学模式在高职健美操选修课中的应用

以女大学生为研究对象,在高职健美操课教学中运用任务式教学模式进行实践研究,本研究主要采用实验法,得出结论:高职健美操选修课中实施任务式教学能显著提高学生的健美操技能、自学能力和创编能力。同时阐述了任务式教学的概念和过程结构,提出任务式教学的课堂操作程序和评价方法。

Task Type Teaching Mode in Higher Vocational Application to Aerobic Class

It selects female college students as the research object and uses the task type teaching mode in aerobics teaching. This research mainly adopts the experimental method and comes to the conclusion： Task type teaching in vocational college aerobics elective courses can significantly improve calisthenics choreographing capability, skills, and ability to study independently. At the same time, this paper expounds the concept and process of task type teaching structure; puts forward the task type teaching classroom procedures and evaluation methods.
