| 摘 要： | 本文首先根据某船的实际工程应用需求,分析了系统的组成结构。然后选用西门子公司的热冗余S7-400H系列工业PLC作为主控制单元,配合DIEF公司的PPM机组控制器,进行了该船的功率管理系统设计。重点进行了系统的配置说明以及基本功能设计。冗余的系统设计、透明的监控管理以及完善的功能设计,有利于操作人员的使用和提高本船的安全、可靠运行。

| Abstract: | According to the current application situation in ships, this article analyzes the structure of the system. Based on the PLC of Siemens S7-400H and PPM of DIEE the PMS of the ship is designed. The article emphasizes on the instruction of the system configuration and the design of the basic function. The redundance design, clear supervisory control and perfect design of the PMS system are helpful for operators and can ensure the safety and reliability of the whole ship. |
