摘    要:合成了新荧光试剂3,5-二溴水杨醛异烟酰腙(简称DBSIN),研究了该试剂与钪的荧光反应,在pH4.7~5.5乙醇/水溶液中,试剂与钪所形成的荧光络合物的λex=335.4 nm、λem=510nm.提出了混合稀土氧化物中微量钪的测定法。

Abstract:A fluorescent reagent, 3, 5-dibromosalicylidene-isoniazid (DBSIN) was synthesized, and characterized by IR and UV spectra. Scandium(III) reacts with DBSIN to form a fluorescent complex, while the other rare earth elements do not react. The fluorescence excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex are 335. 4 and 510 nm, respectively. The molar ratio of Sc : DBSIN is found to be 1 : 1. The optimum pH range for the determination of scandium is 4. 7-5. 5 (in buffer solution of sodium acetate-acetic acid). The proposed method has been used to determine the micro amounts of scandium in mixed oxide of rare earth elements with satisfactory results.
