| 摘 要： | 目的:建立气相色谱法测定复方石菖蒲碱式碳酸铋片中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法:采用改性聚乙二醇HP-INNOWaxPolyethylene Glycol毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm);FID检测器;载气为氮气;130℃恒温;分流比10:1。结果:薄荷脑在0.19～1.15μg范围内线性良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=2.0%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for the determination of menthol in compound bismuth oxycarbonate tablets by GC. Method： The HP-INNOWAX Polyethylene Glycol capillary column （30 m × 0. 32 mm ,0. 25μm） was used with a flame ionization detector （FID）. The carrier gas was nitrogen. The column temperature was 130 ℃. The split ratio was 10： 1. Result： The linear range of menthol was 0. 19-1.15 μg （r =0. 999 9） ,and the average recovery was 99. 5% with RSD of 2. 0% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, fast and accurate. |
