摘    要:目的:探讨建立一种气相色谱法测定油墨样品中苯系物的测定方法。方法:采用乙腈(1+1)—正己烷液液萃取,将苯系物从碱化后的样品中提取出,气相色谱定性定量苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯和邻二甲苯。结果:6种苯系物(上机液)的线性范围为10μg/ml~3000μg/ml,最低检出限为0.1 g/kg(实际样品),精密度RSD为4.3%~7.6%,加标回收率为89.2%~104.4%。结论:方法已成功应用于油墨样品的苯系物测定,结果较令人满意。

Abstract:Objective:To develop a method for determination of benzenes in printing ink by gas chromatography.Methods: The six kinds of benzenes(benzenes,methylbenzene,ethylbenzene,p-xylene,m-xylene and o-xylene) were extracted from the alkalization sample by using acetonitrile(1+1)-n-hexane liquid-liquid extraction,and detected by gas chromatography.Results: The linear range of the six benzenes was 10 μg/ml~3000 μg/ml,the detection limit was 0.1 g/kg,the RSD was 4.3%~7.6%,the recovery range was 89.2%~104.4%.Conclusion: The method is satisfactory and has been successfully applied to the determination of benzenes in printing ink.
