智能高压开关柜IED设计

随着智能变电站的提出,变电站各类一次设备运行信息均需要遵循IEC61850协议上传至信息一体化平台。设计了一种应用于变电站高压开关柜中的智能电子设备(IED)。开关柜IED适应开关柜内各种不同的监测单元,符合IEC61850协议和智能开关柜的要求,便于监控中心远程处理数据。它把多种通信方式整合到一起,实现各个监测单元与IED之间的数据通信和控制。IED采用DSP+ARM双CPU结构,具有保护、测量、处理、通信等功能,功能集成度高,满足智能开关柜通信实时性和高速性的需求。

Design on Intelligent Electronic Device of High Voltage Switchgear

With the raising of intelligent substation,the operation information of substation primary equipment has to be uploaded to the information integration platform,which follows the IEC61850 protocol.An intelligent electronic device（IED） used in the HV switchboard is designed.In accordance with the requirements of the 1EC61850 protocol and intelligent switchgear,the various monitoring units of the switchgear IED can monitor the remote monitoring center processing data.IED integrates with a variety of communication methods to achieve the data communication and control between the various monitoring units and IED.IED adopts DSP ＋ ARM dual-CPU structure,which has the functions of protection,measurement,processing and communication.With a high degree of features integration,the structure can meet the real-time and high-speed requirements of intelligent switchgear communications.
