基于红外测温的无线温度监测系统的研究

摘    要:封闭式开关柜具有裸露高压、空间狭小等特点,柜内电气联结点温度的安全高效监测一直是一个难题;传统接触式测温存在绝缘性隐患,采用非接触测温和短距离无线通信技术,能够解决高压隔离,为开关柜运行稳定提供可靠保障;以红外温度传感器为感温器件,无线数据收发芯片CC2500为射频传输模块,研制一套针对封闭式开关柜的无线温度监测系统,实现高压开关柜刀闸运行温度在线监测;该系统测量范围为0~100℃,测量精度可达4%;实验测试表明,无线温度监测系统运行稳定、绝缘性高、误差小,可以准确可靠地监测开关柜柜内监测点温升情况。
