螺纹磨床数控系统自动对刀方法

摘    要:通过高精度测量仪测得的螺纹反馈信息,经数控系统中二分法进行比较,可准确得出螺纹底径(小径),确定起刀点,完成螺纹磨床的自动对刀和磨削余量分析.也可采用三维测头,将三坐标信息反回数控系统实现.并以丝杠和圣维数控系统为例,详细阐述了自动对刀和磨削余量估计的方法.该方法还适用于内外圆磨,平磨.

Abstract:The thread feedback information measured by high-precision meter was compared by dichotomy in the CNC system, he thread minor diameter was found and tool start point was accurately determined. Automatic tool-setting and grinding allowance analysis of thread grinding machine was realized. It is also possible to use 3-D probe returns the information from the 3 axes to the CNC system. Taking the lead-screw of automobile steering-gear and SWAI CNC system as an example, the method of automatic tool-setting and evaluation of grinding allowance are described in detail, this method is also applicable to internal, external and surface grindings.
