| 摘 要： | 介绍了烷基化废酸回收装置的生产工艺流程及操作注意事项。重点探讨了裂解炉、余热锅炉等设备的设计选型。高温裂解炉和余热锅炉采用国产技术,余热锅炉运行3个月,未出现堵塞现象。该装置技术可靠,运行稳定,各项工艺指标基本达到或优于设计值。

| Abstract: | Process and precaution of alkylation plants＇ spent acid recovery unit are introduced, especially in the aspect of equipment selection of cracking furnace and heat recovery boiters. Domestic technology was applied in high temperature cracking furnace and heat recovery boilers with no plugging during three-month operation. Each index reached or exceeded design value due to reliable technology and stable running. |
