基于地基处理铁尾矿再生混凝土的工作性能与力学性能预测模型

摘    要:为了充分二次开发铁尾矿和建筑废料在地基处理工程的价值,以铁尾矿再生混凝土的工作性能和力学性能为研究切入点,进行单因素试验。在此试验结果的基础上,进行二次正交组合试验设计,开展多因素交互作用下铁尾矿再生混凝土的坍落度试验和抗压强度试验。建立基于地基处理抗压强度和坍落度的预测模型,并采用SPSS软件对各因素显著性模型进行逐步回归分析,明确铁尾矿再生混凝土抗压强度和坍落度各因素影响的权重关系。研究结果表明:水灰比和附加水量对铁尾矿再生混凝土抗压强度起抑制性作用,铁尾矿掺量对抗压强度的影响呈现先降低后升高的趋势;同时铁尾矿再生混凝土的坍落度受铁尾矿掺量,水灰比和附加水量的影响较为明显;并且当铁尾矿掺量达到100%,附加用水量超过60%时,其坍落度不在控制范围之内。铁尾矿再生混凝土抗压强度影响因素的权重依次为水灰比x_2(2.613)、附加水量x_3(1.422)、x_2~2(1.171)、x_1~2(0.846)、铁尾矿掺量x_1(0.623)、铁尾矿与附加水量的交互作用x_1x_3(0.432);坍落度影响权重依次为:附加水量x_3(11.360)、水灰比x_2(6.482)、铁尾矿掺量x_1(5.106)、x_3~2(3.867)。

A prediction model for the performance and mechanical properties of regenerated concrete based on foundation treatment

Abstract:In order to fully develop the value of iron tailings and construction waste in foundation treatment works, The work performance and mechanical properties of regenerated concrete with iron tailings are studied as the starting point, and single factor test is carried out. On the basis of the experimental results, the design of quadrature composite test is carried out. The slump test and compressive strength test of the regenerated concrete of iron tailings under multi-factor interaction are carried out, and the prediction model based on the foundation treatment compressive strength and slump is established. SPSS software was used to analyze the significance model of various factors, and to determine the weight relationship between the compressive strength and slump degree of the regeneration concrete of iron tailings. The results show that the water-cement ratio and additional water volume have an inhibitory effect on the compressive strength of the iron ore tailings reclaimed concrete. The influence of the iron tailings content on the compressive strength first decreases and then rises. And iron tailings of recycled concrete slump by iron tailings content, water cement ratio and the influence of additional water is obvious, and when the dosage of iron tailings 100%, additional water consumption is more than 60%, the slump is not in the scope of control; The weight of the factors influencing the compressive strength of regenerated concrete of iron tailings is: water cement ratio (2.613), additional water (1.422), x22 (1.171), the x12 (0.846), amount of iron tailings. (0.623), the dosage of iron tailings iron tailings and the interaction of the additional water (0.432); The weight of slump influences are: additional water (11.360), water-cement ratio (6.482), iron tailings (5.106), x32 (3.867).
